A floor liner is a flexible rubber-type mat that drapes over the floor area and features standing walls that cover the front, back and sides of the vehicle floor. These standing walls go up the front, back and sides of the vehicle floor to protect all these dimensions of carpet. Some floor liners also feature the ability to interlock together, which creates more floor coverage and can aid in easy removal from the vehicle for cleaning. An all-weather floor mat is a custom, 2-dimensional floor mat that covers the floor only and is a great solution that’s typically a bit less expensive.

Yes. It is recommended that you only use floor liners designed specifically for the make and model year of your vehicle, and that they are properly installed and secured. If a floor liner is the wrong size or is not properly installed, it can interfere with the pedals. Interference with the pedals can cause unintended acceleration and/or increased stopping distance. Always make sure the floor liner does not interfere with the pedals and is properly secured. Please see your dealer regarding important installation instructions.
